My client, one of the UK’s largest property companies who have over 110 years’ experience of renting homes require a Real Estate Customer Service person to ensuring that residents receive an excellent service, the building is maintained and managed efficiently to the standard and the team works as one.  This is a permanent role and the right candidate can start immediately if available and is based in Hackney, East London.  Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Mon to Fri with occasional Saturdays (day in lieu)Other tasks include:Carry out services such as Meet & Greet, Reception duties, Parcel handling, Inspections and Lettings viewings.Ensure the resident move in and move out process is seamless and include property checks.Ensure effective co-ordination between the customer services team and other areas of the business to enable the efficient working of the front-line service.Handle day to day enquires from residents and complaints escalating where required.Deliver high-quality strategy and standards to residents and visitors.Work closely with companywide colleagues to ensure excellent customer service at all times.Promote and build good relationships with external partners.Prepare and ensure the delivery of shift handover documents.Log all, distribute and receipt keys, parcels and visitors.Ad-hoc tasks when they arise.This is a busy, customer facing role, the ideal candidate will need to have experience in the flowing qualifications and Skills:Experience working in organisations providing market rent properties, travel & tourism or hospitality.Strong experience working at business/private events would be beneficial.Previous experience of working in a team.Strong written and verbal English.Qualifications in Property or customer service would be advantageous but not essential.Previous experience of working and achieving targetsWell groomed and professional appearanceAre you Passionate about customer service and goal focused?
