With a turnover of c.£400 million and c.1700 employees and diverse divisions, this is a business which offers a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Integrations Specialist to undertake a diverse role, supporting business application integrations, implementing and managing middleware solutions to ensure efficient interface and system integration management.

The IT department supports the entire group and is a pivotal part of the Denholm business. With our IT strategy guiding transformation of the organisation, we are looking to strengthen the team and move from a break-fix function, into a strategic partner adding significant value and supporting service delivery.

As Technical Integrations Specialist, you will:

  • Be responsible for providing technical support and integrations between business applications
  • Help implement and manage a future middleware solution ensuring proactive management of interfaces and system integrations

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification, procurement and rollout of a middleware product
  • Document existing system integrations and ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Provide timely and effective support for application-related issues
  • Diagnose and resolve software problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Perform regular updates and maintenance on business applications
  • Assist users with application-related queries and provide training on best practices
  • Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and system changes
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications

To be successful as Denholm’s Technical Integrations Specialist, you will require:

  • Strong technical skills in programming, scripting and development
  • Experience of working with Middleware products
  • Proven experience in managing interfaces and system integrations
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
