Flexo Printer Warminster Starting from £30,500 DOEOur client, based in Wiltshire, is a family run corrugated packaging manufacturer who have been operating for over 30 years.Reporting to the Shift Manager & Cell Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the machines and making sure they are working at full capacity and are well maintained.The Role:Operate and maintain flexographic printing machinesMonitor the printing process to ensure consistent print qualityTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that may occur during the printing processCoordinate with other team members to ensure production targets are metMaintain accurate production records and reportsLead and supervise machine operation by communicating with your teamMake sure your team is fully informed of their workloadCommunicate with other departments during the entire production processAdhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environmentAttend meetings and training sessions whenever necessary.The Candidates:Experience in the corrugated industry with relevant experience of flexographic printingExcellent communication skills and the ability to develop team working and problem-solvingPC literacy, able to use MRP's, (Material Resource Plan), such as ABACA PKG 3000Ability to build effective relationships with work colleaguesAble to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectivesEnthusiasm and determination to excel.This is a full-time, permanent position, working early and late rotational shifts (Early 5:45am – 14:00pm / Late 13:45pm – 22:00pm).Salary: Basic of £30,500 with overtime available, company pension, performance bonus schemes and 29 days holidays (including Bank Holidays)
