Duties Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize workflow and maximize productivity. Oversee stock management including receiving, storing and despatching goods to ensure accuracy and minimise errors. Minimise offcut stock in cutting procedures to optimise the stock usage. Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve optimum performance and maintain a safe, organised working environment. Analysis production schedule to improve performance. Adoption and enforcement of all company Health & Safety policies, working in conjunction with the Operations Manager. Carrying out weekly cycle counts and stock checks as they arise. Essential Proven experience (3+years) in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced production environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially excel. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practises in warehouse operations.
