A leading provider of supply chain compliance and risk management solutions is looking to recruit 3 x Sales Executives. You will generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns, email, social media, web meetings, and on-line demonstrations.


Their award-winning solutions help contractors (suppliers) and clients (buyers) ensure supply chain compliance, mitigate risks and support efficient supply chain management. They are trusted by the biggest names across multiple industries including construction, education, facilities management, and housing and development.


Salary: £26,352.56 + commission

Location: Morden. 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Participation at appropriate industry trade shows.
  • Identify and qualify decision makers amongst the targeted call campaigns.
  • Emphasise product benefits and features to validate sales ready opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to produce smooth transition of created opportunity.
  • Capture accurate and complete records of all prospect and customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects in the CRM.
  • Use company CRM (Salesforce) to track all activity including recording names, contact information, actions taken, and reactions of prospects and customers contacted.
  • Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts.
  • Maintain responsibility for a targeted number of suppliers


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Must have knowledge and experience of telephone sales
  • Experience with Sales Development, tele-prospecting, or cold calling preferred.
  • Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills are required.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and web presentation solutions like WebEx.
  • Advanced understanding of prospecting and effective networking through social media tools such as LinkedIn and Twitter
  • A high level of energy, dedication and a drive to succeed and win. Needs ability to resolve issues and solve prioritisation challenges..
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
  • Sales training and Microsoft dynamic experience a plus.
