Experience partnering with full stakeholder groups in Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing is highly desirable. As a minimum, experience of partnering with volume hire groups in an office/contact centre environment is required.


Providing an opportunity to deliver large scale projects whilst influencing management to minimise impact will be the key focus of this role.


This is a hugely rewarding role for a driven Senior HRBP looking to work as a number 2 to the HR Director as you will be given full site of business agendas, deputising at times. In a smaller business this would be considered a Head of HR position.


Broken down the role will be involved in the following areas;

  • Deliver business goals
  • Support complex change programmes
  • Lead on large scale transformation projects particularly around headcount
  • Effectively coach senior management and line management on incoming changes
  • Ensuring communication across the organisation is informative and accurate and delivered in real time to minimise disruption
  • Support key business leaders with advice and consultation on strategic goals concerning all stakeholders
  • Line management of 2 HR Business Partners requiring operational support in areas of ER and people plans
  • Deputise for HR Director on operational agendas for specific groups


You will be working for an extremely well known organisation who is in the midst of redefining their existing business models in every area and in every way possible. For a Senior HRBP who is motivated by impact this is definitely a role to consider.
