Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering telephone and email enquiries regarding invoicing and general finance duties
  • Entering sales invoices onto the accounts ledger
  • Dealing with cash reconciliations and cash refunds
  • Processing supplier invoices and payments onto the accounts ledger
  • Assisting with month end duties and checking credit notes
  • Managing invoicing duties
  • Supporting the Accounts team with any ad-hoc tasks as required

This is a fully office-based role, with free parking. Please note you must be able to drive due to the location. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm and the salary is 26k-27.5k Per Annum (DOE).

To be successful for this position, you must have excellent communication and organisation skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines. You must also be IT literate with intermediate Excel skills. Use of Sage would be desirable.
