Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger to join their industry-leading business based in the West Kent area.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Posting and matching supplier invoices
  • Monthly statement reconciliations
  • Allocating payments
  • Creating supplier accounts
  • Raising and sending invoices
  • Bank reconciliations

The successful candidate will:

  • Have strong Purchase Ledger experience from a previous role
  • Have excellent communication and attention to detail skills
  • Be able to work well as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable
