We are looking for aCasualGeneralAssistant. This is a Part-time role and will be reporting into the General Manager & Assistant Manager.

Working pattern: Casual/ shift work

Salary:£11.44 per hour + service charge

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

As aCasualGeneralAssistantyou will be responsible for:

  • creating memorable experience to our guest by using emotional engagement and high attention to details.
  • being familiar with all menus and all products available.
  • cleaning and setting up tables.
  • taking orders for our wonderful guests.
  • making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • assisting with the restaurant with in house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.
  • working in other departments such as Housekeeping and Kitchen porter when required
