The team advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, for a diverse client base across multiple sectors. In this role, you will provide advice on a wide range of employment issues, including drafting contracts and policies, handling day-to-day HR queries, and supporting corporate transactions. You will also manage contentious matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, and employment tribunal litigation, as well as advising on TUPE, redundancy, and restructuring projects.
