Digital Media Executive

£/day rate inside IR35

6 Months contract

Start: ASAP

Location: 3 days in Central London office/2 days WFH


This global media house is all about offering a truly global perspective on the luxury fashion & lifestyle industry.


We are looking for a Digital Media Executive to support the Digital Media Business Manager in compiling and sending regular internal reports, gathering data, updating core worksheets used by the Digital Media Strategy team and liaising on a daily basis with the Campaign Management team in order to monitor campaign delivery.

The Role:

  • Regular meetings with Campaign Management and Digital Media Strategy teams.
  • Monitoring delivery and optimisation of all digital campaigns alongside Campaign Management and Audience Development teams.
  • Compiling monthly traffic reports using a combination of Google Analytics, DASH and GAM reports.
  • Compiling quarterly reports to update page view numbers across all sites.
  • Update Rate Card documents for each brand and check pricing and traffic fluctuations.
  • Liaise with the US market to obtain ad impression estimates to facilitate inventory sharing.
  • Regularly update the Master Rate Sheet, Rates Matrix, Digital Bible and Sponsorship Summary documents.


Experience:

  • Min of 1 year experience in a digital environment.
  • A keen interest in the digital media landscape.
  • Literate in Excel, Word, Google Docs.
  • Experience in using GAM is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to multitask and perform independently as part of a team environment.
  • Excellent numeric, oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
