Youll need expert knowledge of UK payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud guiding & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.Your roleAs an Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Architect youll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients & supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules specifically UK Payroll Pension and Absence for the UK public sector.Youll need a deep understanding of all UK Payroll Pension and Absence processes backed by practical experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in the UK public sector. Youll also lead client engagements discussing integrations data migrations and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences from technical teams to senior management. Youll provide necessary support & guidance to existing solution.ResponsibilitiesLead and support Oracle EBS HCM specifically focusing on Payroll Absence modules for UK clients.Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Payroll Pension and Absence processes.Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud particularly within the UK Public sector.Conduct System Integration Testing support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper careUtilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM Extract BI reporting Fast Formulas and Payroll Batch Loader.Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations data migrations and reports related to Payroll OTL Absence and other relevant modulesRequiredShould have a minimum of 12 years of experience in implementation of Oracle EBS HCM for Absence OTL and Payroll modules for UKCandidate should be proficient in all the UK Payroll Pension and Absence ProcessesHands-on experience in working on Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud for UK Public sector clientsKnowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL) HCM Extract BI reporting Fast Formulae Payroll batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely technical business and management teamsKnowledge and Support of existing solutions.Preparation of Status reports with RAG highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID logPreferredShould be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.Should have excellent problem-solving skillsResponsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5 team membersExperience with Lean / Agile development methodologies & ITIL Methodologies.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
