Are you passionate about renewable energy and customer service? We are seeking a PV Technical & Installation Support Representative to join a fast-growing business on the outskirts of Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader in roof-integrated solar panels, supporting customers across the UK and Europe.This is a varied, customer-facing position where you'll provide technical support and training to our installer network and housebuilding partners. You'll be the go-to expert for PV installations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering technical support and product training (on-site, at head office, and remotely)Visiting construction sites across the UK and Europe to assist with installations and quality checksInvestigating and resolving customer issues, from minor faults to complex challengesSupporting product development by feeding back insights from the fieldMaintaining accurate records and reporting on customer support metricsPractical, hands on experience; comfortable working at roof height on construction sitesKnowledge of PV installation practices and electrical regulations (advantageous)Experience commissioning PV systems, including inverters, batteries, and EV chargers (preferred)Strong communication skills, able to train installers and build rapport with customersOrganised, resourceful, and confident with a proactive approachComputer literate, with a full clean driving licenceCompetitive salary + company vehicle26 days annual leave (rising to 28 after two years) plus public holidaysGenerous pension scheme (3% employee / 6% employer)Private medical insuranceShare ownership programmeCycle-to-work schemeAnnual bonus and regular company eventsEmployee Assistance ProgrammeEA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for this permanent vacancy.
