Youll encourage independence nurture friendships and support people to explore volunteer opportunities and new experiences.Duties could include:Providing personalised support tailored to individual needs.Offering emotional support and positive encouragement.Completing light household tasks and basic administrative duties.Bringing fresh ideas and helping to improve ways of working.Checking and digitally recording medication stocks and personal finances in line with policy.For full details of the role and skills required please see the Job Description (attached on our website if viewing on Indeed click apply to be redirected first)What Youll Need:Experience working with people or customersExperience working as part of a teamBasic literacy numeracy and IT skillsFlexibility our services run 24/7 and shift patterns varyA full UK manual driving licence to be able to drive the Motability carsDue to the specific needs of the individuals we support and current legal guidance this role is only open to applicants who are biologically female. What are the pay and benefits Experience working with vulnerable individuals particularly those with mental health needs or learning disabilities is desirable but not essential.
