Job DescriptionJob title: Learning and Development PartnerLocation: Birmingham, UKJoin UsAt Linxon, we are building the infrastructure to power the world. As our Learning and Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of our workforce across geographies. You will lead the design and delivery of strategic learning initiatives that support our business growth, project excellence, and people development from early careers to leaders in the EPC industry.What will you do?Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with Linxon's business goals, HR strategy, and transformation agenda (including HRMIS and ERP initiatives).Partner with senior leaders to identify critical skills and capability gaps across engineering, project management, and support functions.Program Development & DeliveryDesign and deploy scalable learning programs including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and compliance, incorporate microlearning and social learningIntegrate digital learning platforms and tools to support self-directed and blended learning experiences.Collaborate with internal SMEs and external providers to curate EPC-relevant content.
