Senior Production Technician - Maintenance Purpose of Role Undertakes maintenance/operations tasks and providing technical support, having full regard to Site Licence requirements, Statutory Regulations and Company and Location Directives, Procedures and Safety Rules. Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities - Obtaining technical direction from relevant Engineers, as required. - Investigating plant faults and carrying out maintenance, health physics and operational work as appropriate within his/her own level of competence. - Examining plant faults to identify causes and propose solutions. Where necessary this will be in the form of written reports. - Carrying out engineering of work order cards and preparing risk assessments. - Carrying out data analysis and where appropriate advising on requirements for additional work e.g. condition monitoring. - Approving work documentation and work order cards and where appropriate carrying out Passport authorisation. - Working and liaising with project engineers and contractors, monitoring quality, holding safety documents and providing a link with the Site work control system. - Comply with the Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality policies, procedures, work instructions and risk assessments.
