Junior Sous Chef

The role of Junior Sous Chef is vitally important to our culinary team and requires the ability to act as an assistant department head to supervise day to day kitchen operations and staff.

Areas of focus include all food preparation areas including Banquets, Room Service, Restaurant, bar/lounge and associate cafeteria to ensure a consistent, high quality food product.
