This is a pivotal leadership role where youll shape strategy optimise processes and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results for our customers.Our Leeds facility is a key hub within Sulzers UK network specialising in electromechanical services for rotating equipment. The centre provides expert repair overhaul and maintenance for motors pumps and other critical assets supporting industries such as power generation water and manufacturing. With advanced workshop capabilities and a skilled team Leeds ensures reliability and performance for our customers.Your main tasks and responsibilities: Drive a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement across all operations.Oversee planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Implement Lean principles and efficiency initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to exceed customer expectations.Mentor and develop your team fostering engagement and career growth.To succeed in this role you will need:We want someone who brings strong leadership operational expertise and a forward-thinking mindset.
