With multiple showrooms across the South of England, they are passionate about providing exceptional products and outstanding customer service. The Role Our client is seeking a confident and proactive Store Manager to lead the team at the Worthing megastore showroom. You will manage all aspects of showroom performance, including sales, merchandising, customer experience, and staff supervision. This is a hands-on sales role, where you’ll be expected to maximise every opportunity — from in-store consultations and sales follow-ups to home visits and end-to-end customer management. This is our clients “Flagship Store”, the largest within the group and with the largest selections of pools and spas.
