For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.This is a prison based role and is subject to prison clearance.ResponsibilitiesChange Grow Live currently provide psychosocial interventions and transitional services across prisons in contract includes the Connecting Communities team. This team prepares people engaging with CGL and Oxleas for release back into the community or when transferring to another site.Dedicated staff will work together with healthcare colleagues supporting clients when transitioning to communities across the UK. Our enhanced offer will include flexibility to engage with clients for a period of time post release.You will join a dedicated and motivated team who are passionate about rehabilitation and recovery.
