Conveyancing Fee EarnerA highly successful and established High Street law firm are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal) to join them in their Heathfield offices.The role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner who is keen to enjoy a healthy work-life balance coupled with quality work.The successful individual will be responsible for a mixed case load comprising:Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold transactionsRemortgaging Transfer of equityNew build/plot salesThe successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will offer the following background/skill set:Have at 2 years experience in a Residential Property team, paired with at least 6 months Fee Earning experience - those who are unqualified or part-qualified are welcomed to apply. Demonstrate a commercial awarenessBe highly client focusedBe a keen team playerOffer solid IT skillsHave links to the local areaThe successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will be supported by highly experienced support staff, allowing you to focus on quality legal advice.
