Your Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed KPIs.
  • Defining project scope, managing changes, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Coordinating resources, including internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress using tools like DevOps.
  • Accurately estimating project timelines and costs.
  • Managing project budgets, risks, and issues (RAID logs).
  • Preparing progress reports and delivering updates to stakeholders.
  • Contributing to pre-sales efforts by developing high-quality proposals.
  • Proactively resolving project challenges.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing D365 CRM projects, preferably in financial services (e.g., banking or insurance).
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of PMP/PRINCE II methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
