Project Director - Infrastructure Transformation

£100-£150K

Can be based from UK or France

Permanent, Hybrid-working (Open to a contractor)

Must be Fluent in French & English


The Change Partners are currently working with an established Travel business who are heavily investing in to infrastructure transformation, now hiring a Project Director.


The Project Director will be responsible for delivering multi-million-pound projects across new and redevelopment: buildings, assets, office space and civil infrastructure.


This role will:

  • Own end-to-end projects from inception through to delivery.
  • Stakeholder management & reporting to the board and c-suite.
  • Budget management
  • Supplier selection and tender processes.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, working with legal and commercial.
  • Coordinate and manage all projects based on site.
  • Implement process, governance and frameworks for successful delivery.
  • Manage multiple 3rd party contractors/subcontractors.
  • Deliver refurbishment to existing buildings and develop brand new infrastructure estate.


Your experience should include:

  • A background in delivering multi-million-pound infrastructure projects.
  • Previously working within a highly regulated site environment e.g. airports, terminals, trains, ferries or ports.
  • Proven track record of delivering brand new and refurbished buildings and office space working with subcontractors and 3rd parties.
  • Exposure to civil engineering is ideal but not essential.
  • Must speak fluent French and English.


This is a fantastic role to work under the CEO across high-level infrastructure projects totalling more than £10-£50 million each and come into a well-established business who are highly transforming to future-proof further growth and a enhance customer experience.
