They stand as a beacon of support and transformation, offering a comprehensive range of services across the United Kingdom to assist individuals on their path to sustainable recovery. Experts in people, the company provide residential, community, prison, and housing services that deliver the psychosocial support needed to empower individuals in their journey towards recovery.
The Role
They are now looking for an experienced Therapeutic Recovery Worker to join their brand new Trauma Responsive Womens Therapeutic Community Residence on a full-time, permanent basis.
*Because of the nature of this post it is only open to female applicants and is exempt under Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
Duties Include:
- Effectively manage a small caseload of less than five women, conducting assessments and developing personalised care plans that cater to their unique needs
