Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Private Equity-Backed SaaS Business | £10m ARR | Acquisitive Growth Strategy

Location: London

Compensation: £150,000 per annum + Bonus + Equity

Our client, a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed SaaS business, is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in driving its ambitious growth strategy. With current annual recurring revenue (ARR) of £10 million, the business is poised to scale to £30 million ARR over the next three years through a dynamic mix of organic and acquisitive growth.

Operating across EMEA and with plans to expand into the Americas, this business is at an exciting inflection point, requiring a strategic financial leader to support its next phase of growth.


The Role

As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and investors to deliver the company’s growth objectives. Your remit will span financial strategy, operational execution, and leadership of a high-performing finance function. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the financial direction of a scaling SaaS business and drive value creation in a private equity context.
