The team

Our client is renowned for its outstanding service to national and international clients, for its collaborative culture and for its deep sector expertise. They have a strong sector focus with expertise in working for employers in the commercial, government, charities, health and education sectors.

The employment team advise on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law including:

  • All types of employment litigation, including high value, high profile claims and restrictive covenant disputes
  • Contracts and policies
  • Disciplinaries & grievances
  • Reorganisations, redundancies & TUPE transfers
  • Employee benefits and rewards

What they are looking for

You will be NQ - 4 years' PQE, with experience gained in a reputable firm with a substantive employment law practice.

  • Degree and A levels (or equivalent)
  • Clear enthusiasm for employment law
  • Excellent written English for drafting purposes
  • Excellent presentational skills.
  • You will have the ability to lead on Employment Tribunal matters and run matters with supervision.
  • You will have a keen interest in developing client training skills, possess a high level of IT skills, together with marketing and business development skills
