The Role Become part of a small, highly supportive KS3 provision working with pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD, and complex behavioural challenges. Every pupil has an EHCP, and this nurturing environment offers many of them a vital second chance to re-engage with learning and rebuild their confidence.
