Summary:

ComPro Renewable Energy are looking for a Junior Finance Assistant to join its growing team and support the finance function. This opportunity is great for an individual who wants to grow and progress within a business and work as part of a team.


Roles and Responsibilities of the Junior Finance Assistant:

●      Supplier invoices – checking, matching against purchase orders and inputting

●      Reconciling supplier statements

●      Preparing supplier payments for approval

●      Engineers’ daily timesheets – coordinating, summarising and inputting

●      Bank – inputting daily bank transactions and preparing the bank reconciliations

●      Sales invoicing – raising non project invoices

●      Credit control – responsibility for day-to-day credit control and escalating problem debts for the Finance Director’s attention

●      Handling telephone queries

●      Ad hoc assistance to the Finance Director  


Experience Required:

●      2+ years of accounting experience

●      AAT / CIMA (desirable)
