Senior Highways Design Engineer - Contract (Outside IR35) Based in Stockport, Manchester Outside IR35 | 3-6 Month Contract Up to £40.00 per hour 37-40 hours per week 4 days office (Mon-Thu) / 1 day WFH (Fri) I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Highways Design Engineer to join a well-established consultancy's Highways design team, based out of their Stockport office. This role would suit someone with a strong background in local authority highways design - particularly active travel, pedestrianisation, and cycle schemes - rather than motorway projects. You'll be joining a supportive, busy team delivering high-profile local transport improvements across the region.
