Our client is a privately owned car dealer group who are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.Parts Advisor role:• You will be working with a close team who are thoroughly committed to deliver an excellent Parts service to their workshop, retail and trade customers.• You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts dept. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes and stock rotation.•You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet customer's expectations•You have a good technical / mechanical understanding to aide your parts identification / up-sell techniqueYour Experience:• You will be an experienced Main Dealer Parts Advisor, ideally with a minimum of 3-years experience• This is a hands-on role, you will be liaising with all departments• Preferably, but not essential, you will have experience with Kerridge / ADPSalary and Hours:Hours: 8am -6pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 8am- 1pm.
