We have a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Administrator to join our team within Vistry Works. As our Construction Administrator, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Construction department within Vistry Works.

    Support the Construction Director and wider team in the following:

    • The preparation of board papers
    • Assist in producing SHE reports
    • Create and distribute general reports as and when required
    • Managing and monitoring sickness and holiday allowances etc
    • Ordering PPE and managing schedules/inventories effectively
    • Collating key data and producing the relevant reports
    • Organising the Construction Directors diary and emails
    • Sourcing and booking venues for team events
    • Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system.
    • Booking travel/hotel stays and assisting in logging expenses etc
    • Collate information and assist in trend analysis as and when required
    • Formulating and maintain training matrices
    • Assist in recruitment and ensure new starters in the onboarding process
    • Any other ad-hod duties as appropriate
    • An ability to keep stakeholders informed, using verbal and written forms of communication effectively
