This is a Legal Cashier job in Leicester we are looking for a Legal Cashier to work with a dynamic and supportive firm in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client and office accounts in accordance with Solicitor Regulation Authority (SRA) guidelines.
- Processing payments receipts and transfers accurately and promptly.
- Conducting daily bank reconciliations and managing petty cash.
- Ensuring compliance with SAR AML regulations and internal policies.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthend and yearend accounts.
- Liaising with fee earners and support staff to resolve accounting queries.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and producing relevant reports as required.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Proven experience as a Legal Cashier within a law firm.
- Indepth knowledge of Solicitors Account Rules (SAR) and AntiMoney Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Proficiency in legal accounting software.
