Our Global Digital Agency client are in the initial stages of the global implementation of a new ERP system for finance and projects (Deltek Maconomy and Workbook) and a new HRIS (Sage People). This Data Migration Consultant / Lead will be working closely with another Data Migration Consultant and wider ERP team to help with the successful implementation of both systems.


Key Skills and experience needed

  • T-SQL
  • Some SSIS experience preferred, but they don't need to be an expert.
  • ERP experience is essential, and can demonstrate understanding of different areas (TB, FA, AP, AR), ideally from migration experience
  • Agency systems experience a bonus
  • Is able to work efficiently to tight deadlines


Current state of migration solution

  • The mapping and development has been completed for the majority of target objects. These were all done in Excel
  • The existing business rules and transformation logic are being reverse engineered from Excel into SQL scripts/views. This process has been started and will be a key part of the analyst's job
  • There is a dedicated SQL database setup for data migration, for staging source data and development
  • The target load files are currently being loaded by our systems implementation partner. In future phases we will be responsible for loading.



Ideally this client are looking for hybrid working here with some time in their Central London office each week for team collaboration due to tight delivery timelines.


This client do not currently have the ability to sponsor or relocate so to be eligible for this role you must have valid UK right to work.
