AVP - Derivatives & Collateral Operations

The Role:

As an AVP - Derivatives & Collateral Operations, you will play a vital role in the Collateral Management and Trade Support functions within the Derivative Operations Department. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of BAU and daily team tasks.
  2. Proactively reviewing and improving operational processes.
  3. Promoting a customer-centric culture and building strong relationships.
  4. Facilitating communication and issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
  5. Adhering to bank policies, best practices, and compliance procedures.
  6. Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and development.

Key Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in a related role.
  2. Knowledge of Futures margining and reconciliations.
  3. Knowledge of Cleared margining and reconciliations.
  4. Familiarity with derivative products such as CDS, IRS, CCS, Caps/Floors.
  5. Understanding of ISDA documentation and CSA Agreements.
  6. Knowledge of EMIR and relevant regulations.
  7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels.
  8. Proficiency in Excel for financial data manipulation.
  9. Self-motivation, energy, flexibility, and collaboration.
  10. Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  11. A Level education or equivalent.
