Working ForemanLocation: CroydonStart Date: Thursday 2nd January 2025Duration: 10-WeeksRate: £230 p/dayWorking Foreman - CroydonMy client is a local fitout contractor based in Birmingham, who work on projects generally ranging up to £1m.They are looking for a Working Foreman for one of their projects in Croydon, which is the demolition and reconstruction of an orangery.Works include the construction of a flat roof to plan.As this is a smaller job, it will require somebody who is willing to help out on site where required.You will be reporting into the Company Director who will visit site regularly.The Ideal CandidateClient is looking for a Working Foreman that has a strong background running similar projects in a fast-paced and live environment.You will be responsible for managing the programme, liaising with end-client where required and managing subcontractors.Suitable candidates must have SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
