Kanadevia Inova are hiring a Document Controller on a fixed-term-contract where you will be an employee of Kanadevia Inova for the fixed term of 24 months.You will join our project team based on-site for the construction of the Thameside Energy Recovery Facility (ERF)in Tilbury Essex.Start date early January 2026 for a duration of 24 months.Applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK.Tasks and Responsibilities:Responsible for controlling the numbering filing sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams projects or departments in a timely accurate and efficient mannerAllocate and control the document numbering system for the project work working with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievableRespond in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information information searches and general requests for support from project/department personnelAdministration of PIRS document systemEstablish develop and manage effective documentation systems and procedures and maintain relevant manuals / systemsQualifications : Information Management or similar qualification desirableMust have experience with Document Control Systems ideally PIRS or equivalentAbility to work alone or as part of a teamSolution orientated forward planner strong communicatorValid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC) Safepass (ROI) CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent (desirable)Additional Information : 24 days annual leavePrivate Medical and Dental InsuranceLife Assurance 4x SalaryPension up to 10% KVI contribution Annual performance reviewsAnnual bonusFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
