They are involved in the entire deployment lifecycle and instigate continuous service improvement both in training delivery and product development.Key Responsibilities of the role:Deliver a range of product training courses as part of the Training Team. Provide training in multiple formats, including: Train-the-Trainer (cascade training), end-user training for customers and internal training for colleaguesOffer training across diverse formats, encompassing face-to-face workshops on client premises and interactive virtual sessions delivered via platforms like MS Teams.The role involves collaborating with multiple internal teams including, Training, Product, Project, Integration, Support Services, plus liaising with customer and internal stakeholders to plan training activities, report on training progress, highlight issues and risks and provide go-live support and post-go-live training.Produce formal documentation such as training evaluation reports and training reportsAssist in developing and maintaining courseware and supporting product documentation by reviewing product software, interpreting technical release notes and translating updates into effective training materials for varied audiencesMaintain and improve product knowledge through self-learning, working with the Training Manager and collaborating with Product, Development, Sales, and Support teamsAs part of the role, you will support the blended learning team with storyboarding content based on agreed learning objectives, assisting in creating eLearning courses and help files content and using the appropriate authoring tools to design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions for all relevant Magentus productsThis role will require extensive travel to visit customers to deliver training and support throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland therefore you will require a valid passport, full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.What experience do I need:Degree or equivalent experience with Healthcare, Radiology, Medical Imagining or other relevant Health Informatics Training.Proven ability to deliver training across diverse formats, including in-person classroom workshops, remote/virtual sessions (using platforms like MS Teams), and tailored sessions for one-to-one or small groups.Skilled in providing application demonstrations and workflow seminars to large delegate groupsPossesses excellent verbal presentation skills and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for a wide variety of technical, clinical, and non-technical audiences of varying seniority.Able to produce clear and accurate documentation for new developments in the software and implemented solutions.Desirable SkillsPractical CRIS/RIS system knowledge gained from at least 2 years in-service experience as a system user, or equivalent expertise in recognised RIS software.Possesses knowledge of JIRA and ERP systemsHas excellent working knowledge of standard operating processes within a Radiology Department and their application to a Radiology Information System, developed through a clerical, informatics, or clinical role.What we offer in return:Flexible Working Environment:Hybrid working environment from Manchester (City Centre) or London (Farringdon) – 3 days a week from the Office and 2 from homeLeave:25 days (increases with length of service up to 4 days) plus 8 bank holidayHoliday purchase scheme via salary sacrificeAn extra day annual leave for your birthdayEnhanced Maternity LeaveEnhanced Paternity LeaveReligious holiday swap programmeUp to two days paid Volunteering daysPaid time off during the working day to donate bloodPawrental LeaveLeadership & Development:Litmos learningProduct TrainingEmployee Recognition:Peer recognitionsCEO awardsLength of service awardsPerformance Annual Bonus ProgrammeEmployee Benefits:Life Insurance (4x annual salary)Private health care (BUPA) plus discounted rates to add your loved onesSalary Sacrifice PensionIncome ProtectionEAP (access to online Healthcare)Employee Referral scheme- £1,000 tax freeBranded merchandise starter pack£250 working from home allowanceFree Flu JabsEnhanced Sick PayOur values say a lot about us:One TeamMake a differenceWe CareConstant EvolutionTrustPeople are at the heart of everything we do at Magentus — we work as one team to create a healthier society.
