The opportunity:

  • As a Product Innovation Manager reporting to the Head of Product, you will be the driving force behind the success of our clients’ digital product strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the end-to-end development of web, mobile app, or AR/XR/gaming products and will be well-versed in product discovery and agile delivery methodologies.
  • This role requires a strong communicator who is comfortable presenting in group environments and facilitating product innovation workshops.
  • You will play a crucial role in our product development process and contribute to business growth and customer relationship development.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in developing web, mobile app, or gaming products.
  • Familiarity with product discovery techniques and agile methodologies. Knowledge of software development principles, business logic and flow of data, would be a plus.
  • Experience facilitating client-facing workshops or group activities, and excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to keep multiple projects spinning at one, plus excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with industry-leading project management tools such as Monday, Trello and JIRA.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and clients.
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and best practices. You will be hungry to learn and innovate.
  • Previous experience in a similar role such as software development, technical management, UX/UI, QA, account management, etc. would be a advantageous.
