We are pleased to be recruiting for a Grower Manager near Pocklington. The ideal candidate will have similar experience with various edible horticultural crops.

The candidate:
  1. You hold a background in agriculture, and a degree in agriculture or horticulture is preferred.
  2. You are passionate about growing food and are committed to hard work.
  3. Manage KPIs, train team members, and implement climate control and fertigation.
  4. Perform all crop husbandry work, ensure hygienic compliance, and adhere to GMP standards.
  5. You offer open and transparent communication at all levels and are comfortable using Word, Outlook, and updating internal IT systems.
