Sales Support ExecutiveAre you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting the success of a dynamic sales team? We’re seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our business support function, helping our Key Account Managers deliver a first-class service to our valued customers. What You’ll Be DoingProvide administrative and operational support to Key Account Managers, including accurate processing of vehicle orders and documentation.Manage incoming customer enquiries professionally via email, phone, and portals.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.Ensure compliance with FCA audits, service agreements, and internal standards.
