About the Role
Level: 4
Department: Supervision and Oversight
Location: Southampton (preferred) or Remote
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
You will be responsible for completing competency assessment meetings remotely across our adviser population, using our in-house technology, identifying any development areas, and progressing these through appropriate action plans.
You will use your knowledge and experience in your day-to-day role and have the ability to be a cross functional worker, pulling on information from all areas of the business.

Whilst this isn't a directly customer facing role, the duties you will perform will contribute to the overall positive outcomes for our customers by ensuring our advisers are competent to carry out their role.
Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR) Roles
The role is a Senior Manager Function (SMF) Function -5) Manager of Certification employee, which means the individual needs to complete yearly Fitness & Propriety assessments, maintain CPD records and be reassessed as competent to complete the role on an annual basis
About You
To succeed in the role, you must be Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent) as a minimum and have proven experience in working within the financial services sector, ideally within a T&C supervisory function.
You will be someone who is a self-starter, motivated, inquisitive by nature and can work independently on their own initiative.
You must also be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Office.
