Finance Manager - Food ManufacturingPerm - Full TimeUp to £45,000 - depending on the level of experience * Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts, variance analysis and board reports * Responsible for the reconciliation of accounts receivables and accounts payable * Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and posting of accruals, prepayment and provisions * Preparing and submitting VAT returns * Preparing financial information for annual external audit * Develop, implement, and improve financial procedures appropriate to the organisation * Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. * Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies * Day to day management of the finance team and stepping in to provide cover when necessary * Supporting the ongoing development of the finance team * Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation * Maintain and support development of internal IT systemsSupport Directors with various ad hoc requirements
