Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized WIP Coordinator to join our client maintenance operations team in Billericay.This is a key role responsible for ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are accurately tracked, updated, and completed within agreed timeframes. You will play a vital part in improving workflow efficiency, supporting engineers, and maintaining accurate records for operational and financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the Work in Progress (WIP) register for all planned and reactive maintenance jobs.Track job progression from scheduling to completion, ensuring engineers and contractors meet SLAs.Liaise daily with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to obtain status updates.Prioritise and coordinate outstanding works to support the scheduling and dispatch teams.Ensure all job sheets, compliance documentation, permits, and remedial reports are completed before closing tasks.Support month-end processes by validating WIP data and preparing reports for invoicing.Maintain accurate records within the CAFM system and support data audits.Escalate delays, risks, or repeat issues to management for intervention.About YouExperience within the maintenance, FM, engineering, or repairs industry (helpdesk, scheduling, coordination, or administration r...
