The company design, manufacture and install a variety of products.

The position is based locally permanently with hybrid working available.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading company in a role where you will be well supported and given genuine opportunities to develop and progress. 

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Managing the commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projects
  • Agreeing and managing payment schedules
  • Assisting with the commercial set up of contractual agreements
  • Managing payment plans to ensure cash flow is maximised
  • Collating and producing financial reports and maintaining contract administration
  • Sourcing and managing subcontract payments and agreements

The Quantity Surveyor will need:

  • Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor or in a general commercial role such as estimation or procurement
  • Experience of managing payments
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of working in a project driven environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
