Role Overview: As a Remote TM1 Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of TM1 solutions for our client's diverse portfolio of customers. You will be responsible for providing expert technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely solutions to meet client needs. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, utilizing your TM1 expertise to address their challenges and enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests related to TM1.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with TM1 models, cubes, rules, and processes in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues as needed.
• Provide proactive support and guidance to clients on best practices for TM1 administration and optimization.
• Document support activities, solutions, and best practices to maintain a knowledge base for future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Extensive experience supporting IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) in a technical capacity, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Strong proficiency in TM1 development tools such as Architect, Perspectives, and Turbo-Integrator.
• Solid understanding of TM1 architecture, multidimensional database concepts, and OLAP technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders remotely.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a support or client-facing role is preferred.
