This highly esteemed Cheshire-based law firm is renowned for its wide range of legal services and exceptional customer service. Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor to join a dynamic and thriving department.
Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior, confident Conveyancer to join an established property department. You'll manage a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new-builds, and more. You'll also work closely with the Head of Department, deputising in their absence and manage a team across multiple offices.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. You should be results-driven with a high level of competence in conveyancing.
