You will take the lead on all legal property issues, from land acquisitions and disposals to commercial lease arrangements, while supporting the growth and development of a remarkable parkland.

The role:

  • Acting as the principal legal advisor for all property matters, providing critical support to the property team.

  • Collaborating with external legal advisors on complex property law matters when needed.
  • Staying ahead of legislation and property law developments to ensure seamless operational management.
