Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of service contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any contract-related issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present regular reports on contract performance, including financial performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and report on contract performance.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficient in using contract management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
