This is a pivotal role for an individual eager to shape and elevate the hospitality arm of a prestigious brand.You will join a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performing team, bringing your own personal touch to delivering exceptional service and ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and care.Key responsibilitiesLead all front-of-house and client-facing operations, ensuring a seamless meet-and-greet experience.Manage day-to-day administration, including email management, supply orders, and coordination of taxis, hotels, and restaurant bookings.Support client onboarding and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships.Assist in maintaining office presentation and design standards that reflect a luxury environment.Contribute to the delivery of client events and initiatives that enhance community and brand engagement.Profile / requirements 3–5 years’ experience in front-of-house, reception, or client-facing roles, ideally within luxury offices, high-end retail, or five-star hotels.Naturally, client-focused, professional, and personable, with exceptional attention to detail and presentation.A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.Passionate about delivering excellence and proud to represent a premium brand.
