Our esteemed client is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team based in Lichfield. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.Duties will include but not be limited to:Open and maintain client files, including organising and managing client information and documentationDealing with Land Registry registrations requisitionsDiary managementCommunicate and correspond with clients and third-party vendors in a professional mannerHandle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and email communication promptly and efficientlyOrganise and maintain a filing system for legal documents, correspondence, and other materialsProvide general administrative support, such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents, and ordering and maintaining office suppliesRaising invoicesThe ideal candidate will have the following:Knowledge of legal terminology and proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detailMust be able to manage confidential information and maintain confidentialityAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesThe hours for this role are 9am – 5pm Monday to FridayBenefits include:20 days holiday plus bank holidaysPensionDue to the unprecedented volume of response we are currently receiving, regrettably we are no longer able to respond to every application individually.
